The Task Force Typhoon Mitigation is composed of personnel from APSEMO, the Provincial Engineers Office (PEO), the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO), the Provincial General Services Office (PGSO), the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Albay Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ALECO), and the Philippine National Police (PNP).



The Albay Public Safety and Emergency Management Office (APSEMO) began its tree-pruning activity on March 11, 2025, in Magallang, Libon.
