PDRRMC Special Full Council Meeting

Special Full Council Meeting at Albay Astrodome Legazpi City, presided by Hon. Albay Gov. Noel E. Rosal.

The meeting was called in preparation for the possible effects of Amihan to Mayon Volcano Activity as well as to the Weather changes that could affect the Albayanos.
